- How do I know if the headset works with my phone?

- Do your headsets come with bottom cables?
We sell all our headsets separately from the bottom cables. Why? Because there are a variety of different cables you may need dependant on your device. And not all work the same way. Try our headset finder and we will suggest the correct cable for your device.

- What’s the difference between monoaural and binaural?
Those are just fancy terms made up to describe where the sound comes from. Monoaural means one ear, and binaural means two. Monoaural headsets are ideal for multi-taskers, whereas binaural headsets are perfect if you need to focus.
- How will I be invoiced for my headsets?
Our accounts team will invoice you directly.
- How long does delivery take?
Standard next day delivery is £10.
Delivery before 10:30am (as early as 7am) is £20.
Delivery before 12pm (as early as 8am) is £15.
We only offer shipping to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Some area codes need a 2-day shipping lead time dependant on your area code.
We fulfil orders Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Note: If we have to order a product from our supplier due to it not being a regular product, we supply the cut-off time. Delivery price may vary. Please check this before ordering.
- Can I add a headset to my cordless phone?
Yes! Most cordless phones have a 2.5mm plug on the side to connect a headset. If you’re unsure if the headset you want will work, call one of our team and they will be happy to check for you.

- What if my headset is faulty?
While we test and sell only the best headsets, sometimes faults happen. That's why we offer a 12 months warranty. If you do experience issues, please contact our team and they will help you get a replacement sorted.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit payments as well as BACS. If you wish to set up a company credit account, please speak to a member of our team on 0330 159 8218.
- Can I get a copy of my invoice?
We issue invoices directly. If you need a copy, please email email@example.com with your order reference number and we will get a copy sent to you.

- Do you provide free delivery?
Standard delivery is £10 on all orders for next day delivery. On orders of 10 or more headsets, we do offer a discounted rate – please speak to one of our team if you are ordering more than 10 items.

- I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Please contact our team on 0330 159 8218 if your headset hasn’t arrived within the specified delivery time. All orders are tracked, so please provide a mobile number upon checkout to keep track of your headset.
- What is the warranty on my headset?
All headsets come with 12 months warranty. And some brands offer longer manufacturer warranties. If you are experiencing issues with your warranty, don't hesitate to contact us.
